When Rich’s Catering & Special Events wanted to build their brand online, they trusted Parkway to create a digital presence just as innovative as their menu. An elegant design throughout their new website, ads and social media speaks to customers ready to celebrate in style.

Choosing an event caterer, especially for an event as significant as your wedding reception or black-tie fundraiser, is a big. deal. Rich’s Catering & Special Events is known for their attention to detail (and an awesome taco bar), so we knew we would have to do the same (the details, not the taco bar). A responsive design, straightforward navigation and beautiful images of iconic Buffalo venues connect with couples and event planners alike.

Digital Strategy

Brand-new websites aren’t any good if no one knows they’re there. Parkway built targeted search, display and social media campaigns to point searchers and scrollers in Buffalo toward what they didn’t know they needed: Rich’s Catering & Special Events’ website, complete with sample menus, exclusive venues and contact forms.

We’re not done with Rich’s Catering & Special Events yet. We implemented a content-driven SEO strategy for long-term organic growth and are constantly refreshing their digital ads to keep things interesting. With a mix of search-optimized content that makes planning an event as big as a wedding seem less intimidating, Parkway is helping the award-winning team at Rich’s connect with potential customers ranging from newly engaged couples to event pros.

Of course, these details only count if they deliver results. We’d say this digital strategy is serving up some pretty impressive ones: contact form conversion rates are almost 70% above average (and continuing to increase over time). More than 2/3 of those contact forms are from organic visitors, who are spending an average of almost two minutes on the website getting to know Rich’s Catering and Special Events.
