Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to oversee everything from website builds to helping our team implement our biggest ideas. As project coordinator, you’ll be essential to Parkway’s commitment to collaborative relationships and building meaningful connections.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing projects, including schedules, timelines and client communication
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Optimize internal resources and workflow
  • Delegate tasks and keep team accountable for high-quality, on-time deliverables
  • Use existing project management software to track project details and updates
  • Manage onboarding for new clients and projects
  • Review status of open projects at weekly agency meeting
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and efficiency measures
  • Assist with internal marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media and community partnerships
  • Support the RFP and proposal process

Your Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of agency experience
  • Relevant web and/or digital project management experience
  • Familiarity with project and task management software, including and Harvest
  • Enthusiasm for great ideas and innovative tech
  • The ability to lead a team with dedication to even the smallest details
  • The capability to meet deadlines and take ownership of deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
