There are a lot of businesses under the Rich Entertainment Group (REG) umbrella, including a travel agency, minor league baseball teams, restaurants, theater production and more. To create a cohesive digital presence for REG, Parkway Digital highlighted what unites these organizations: a dedication to bringing friends and family together.
Each of REG’s unique businesses has its own website, social media profiles and email lists. That makes it easier for REG’s website and other platforms to focus on building a brand and creating a community, rather than selling its services. Friendly imagery throughout the website, community-centered optimized content, and seasonal social media posts invite Buffalonians to get to know REG.
Sharing community-centered content
The Field of Dreams adage, “if you build it, he will come” does not apply to digital marketing. To encourage friends and families to engage with REG online, we outlined a strategy that included both content creation and distribution. Each blog post Parkway Digital writes is keyword-optimized and showcases REG’s many areas of expertise. These posts are designed to grow organic search traffic over time. They’re also perfect for sharing on Facebook and Instagram.
REG’s new social media profiles expand on the website’s friendly imagery, with smiling kids, friendly golfers, generous athletes and precious pups. We took a step back before posting anything on Instagram to make sure that REG’s imagery looks great as individual posts and tells a compelling story as a whole. On Facebook, we laid out a mix of photos and links that highlight REG’s commitment to the communities where they do business. Together, these profiles introduce Western New Yorkers to all that REG offers in Buffalo and beyond!
