SndTru Service

sndtru.com exists to provide reliable, compliant fallback email delivery for WordPress sites using WP Mail SMTP Pro. It ensures that important transactional emails reach their intended recipients even if a primary email provider is temporarily unavailable.

Purpose of the sndtru.com Service

sndtru.com is a private, transactional email delivery service operated to ensure the reliable
delivery of critical website notification emails when a primary email provider is unavailable.

The service exists solely as a backup delivery mechanism for WordPress-based websites managed by
our organization. It is not a bulk email platform, marketing service, or general-purpose email sender.

How Email Is Sent

All client websites use WP Mail SMTP Pro to send outbound notification emails generated by
WordPress. These emails include operational messages such as:

Contact form notifications

Account alerts

System notifications

Administrative messages

The email delivery flow is as follows:

Primary Delivery Attempt
WordPress attempts to send email using the site’s configured primary mailer (Google Cloud email services).

Fallback Delivery (sndtru.com)
If the primary delivery attempt fails, WP Mail SMTP Pro automatically routes the message through a secondary mailer.

AWS SES via sndtru.com
The fallback mailer uses Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to deliver the email, with
noreply@sndtru.com used as the From address.

This ensures that important transactional messages are not lost due to temporary provider outages or delivery interruptions.

Type of Email Sent

All email sent through sndtru.com is:

Transactional only

Triggered by user actions or system events

Sent to known, named recipients

Non-promotional

Non-bulk

Examples include:

Notifications sent to site administrators

Notifications sent to clients regarding their own website activity

Automated system alerts

sndtru.com does not send:

Marketing emails

Newsletters

Cold outreach

Purchased or scraped mailing lists

Third-party advertising content

Recipient Relationship

Every email recipient has an existing relationship with the sending website. Recipients are either:

The website owner or administrator, or

A client or user who has directly interacted with the website (e.g., submitted a form, created an account,
or triggered a system action)

Emails are never sent to unsolicited recipients.

Sender Identity

Purpose: Identifies the technical delivery source for fallback email delivery

Reply Handling: Replies are not expected or processed

The sndtru.com domain is used strictly for message delivery identity, not for user correspondence.

The sndtru.com service follows email best practices, including:

Verified domain identity in Amazon SES

SPF alignment

Bounce and complaint monitoring via Amazon SES
